ReviewPilot Membership Service Agreement

This agreement applies to your subscription to or purchase of ReviewPilot membership services. By confirming a purchase or subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this agreement.

1. Membership Services​

ReviewPilot may provide free features and membership features. Membership features may include larger data capacity, advanced filters, analytics, cross-device sync, batch management, export features, or other premium capabilities shown in the app. Actual benefits, prices, and limitations are subject to the in-app purchase page or App Store listing.

2. Subscription Types​

  • Monthly membership: an auto-renewable monthly subscription.
  • Annual membership: an auto-renewable yearly subscription.
  • Lifetime membership or one-time purchase: a non-renewing purchase where available, subject to the in-app listing.

3. Subscription and Payment​

All subscriptions and payments are processed through your Apple ID account and the App Store payment system. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew before the end of the current billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

4. Cancellation and Refunds​

You can cancel in iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > ReviewPilot. After cancellation, premium access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's review and policies.

5. Privacy and Data​

We do not store your complete payment information. Data processing related to membership services is described in the ReviewPilot Privacy Statement.
