ReviewPilot respects and protects user privacy. We process information related to your use of the app only where it is necessary to provide product features, maintain service security, improve the experience, process subscriptions, or comply with legal requirements.

1. Information We May Process

• Reviews, feedback, tags, notes, workflow status, and other content you enter or import.
• App runtime information, such as app version, device model, operating system version, language, region, usage time, feature usage, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
• Subscription information, such as subscription status, membership entitlements, and purchase receipt validation results. Complete payment details are processed by Apple and are not stored by us in the app.
• Support information you voluntarily provide, such as email address, issue descriptions, screenshots, or other necessary details.

2. Purposes

• Provide review organization, feedback management, statistics, filtering, and cross-device sync.
• Verify subscription status and provide member benefits.
• Diagnose crashes, fix issues, and improve app stability and experience.
• Respond to support requests, complaints, feedback, or legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not disclose your personal information to untrusted third parties except where necessary for analytics, crash diagnostics, subscription validation, cloud sync, legal compliance, or protection of legitimate rights. See the Third-Party Information Sharing List for details.

4. Your Rights

You can manage or delete relevant data in the app. You may also contact us by support email to ask about access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of authorization. Subscription cancellation, refunds, billing, and payment methods must be managed through your Apple ID account.
