Auto-Renewal Subscription Terms​

Thank you for using the Accounting Book (hereinafter referred to as "This Application")! To ensure you fully understand the auto-renewal subscription service, please carefully read the following auto-renewal subscription terms before subscribing.

1. Auto-Renewal Subscription Service​

This application provides two types of auto-renewal subscription services: Monthly Membership and Annual Membership. You can choose the subscription type based on your needs. At the end of the subscription period, your account will be automatically renewed, and the fee for the current subscription period will be automatically charged until you cancel the subscription.

  • Monthly Membership: Renewed automatically every month.
  • Annual Membership: Renewed automatically every year.

2. Subscription Fees​

  • Monthly Membership: 8 CNY per month.
  • Annual Membership: 22 CNY per year.

All subscription fees will be settled through the payment method set in your Apple ID account. The subscription fee will be directly deducted from your account when you confirm the subscription.

3. Auto-Renewal​

  • The subscription service will be automatically renewed until you cancel it. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current subscription period, and the fee will be deducted from your Apple ID account.
  • Renewal Notification: We will send a renewal reminder via Apple ID before the end of your subscription period, notifying you of the upcoming renewal. You can also check your subscription status in the settings.

4. Cancelling Subscription​

  • You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can still use the service until the current subscription period ends, and the subscription will not renew in the next cycle.

  • Cancelling the subscription will not affect your access to the service during the current billing cycle, but the renewal will stop at the start of the next cycle.

    Steps to Cancel Subscription:

    1. Open Settings.
    2. Tap [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
    3. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
    4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

5. Refund Policy​

All subscription fees are processed through your Apple ID account. If you are dissatisfied with the subscription service, you can request a refund according to Apple’s refund policy. Refunds will follow Apple’s guidelines and are not directly processed by us.

If you encounter any issues during the subscription period, you can contact Apple customer support to request a refund or address related matters.

6. Service Changes and Termination​

  • We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, subscription content, or terminate a subscription service at any time. You will receive advance notice if there are any major changes.
  • If your subscription violates the application’s terms of use or related policies, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription service.

7. Data Protection and Privacy​

  • Your subscription information and payment details will be processed by Apple and will comply with Apple’s privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not store your payment information.
  • Any personal data related to the subscription will be handled strictly according to our privacy policy.

8. Service Limitations​

  • Subscription services are only valid within this application and are subject to the application’s functionality and availability. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by network, device failures, or other technical issues.
  • Subscription services may not be available in all regions. Please refer to the app store page for information on the available regions.

9. Governing Law​

The interpretation and enforcement of these service terms shall be governed by the laws of [Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from these terms should be submitted to the courts of [Region] for resolution.

  • The auto-renewal subscription service is provided and processed by Apple. All fees will be settled through the payment method registered in your Apple ID account.
