Membership Service Agreement​

This Membership Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between you and Zhijian Zhile Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "We"), and applies to your use of the membership services provided by the Accounting Book (hereinafter referred to as "This Application"). By subscribing to or purchasing membership services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Types of Membership Services​

We offer the following three types of membership services:

  • Monthly Membership: A subscription service that renews automatically every month.
  • Annual Membership: A subscription service that renews automatically every year.
  • Lifetime Membership: A one-time payment for a permanent membership service.

2. Subscription and Payment​

  • Monthly and Annual Membership Subscriptions: Users can choose a monthly or annual subscription. Both monthly and annual subscriptions are automatically renewed. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. You will be notified via email before each billing cycle starts about the upcoming renewal.

  • Lifetime Membership: Lifetime membership requires a one-time payment. Users pay the full amount at the time of purchase, and no further renewal fees will be charged thereafter.

  • All subscriptions and payments are processed through your Apple ID account, and payments will be charged via the payment method registered in your Apple ID account.

3. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation of Subscription​

  • Automatic Renewal: Monthly and annual memberships will automatically renew until you cancel the subscription. The renewal fee will be automatically charged based on the type of subscription you chose (monthly or annual).

  • Cancellation of Subscription: You can cancel your monthly or annual membership subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. After cancellation, you will still be able to use the membership services until the current billing cycle ends, but it will not renew in the next cycle.

    • Steps to cancel the subscription:
      1. Open Settings.
      2. Select [Your Name] > Subscriptions.
      3. Select the subscription you wish to manage and tap Cancel Subscription.

  • Lifetime Membership: Lifetime membership is a one-time payment with no renewal required, and there is no automatic renewal feature. Once purchased, you will enjoy lifetime membership privileges.

4. Refund Policy​

All subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple. If you are dissatisfied with the subscription service, you can submit a refund request to Apple. Refund requests will follow Apple's refund policy, and you can refer to Apple's refund terms and procedures for details.

5. Service Changes and Termination​

  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the membership services at any time. You will be notified in advance through email or in-app notification.
  • If you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement or engage in improper behavior within the app, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership services.

6. Privacy and Data Protection​

Your personal and payment information will be processed through Apple's secure payment system and will comply with our privacy policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not store your payment information within this application.

7. Service Modifications or Suspension​

We have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the membership services of this application as needed. If there are significant changes to the services, we will notify you in advance via the email registered with your Apple ID.

8. Disclaimer​

The membership services of this application are provided "as is," and we do not guarantee that the services will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any service interruptions or errors caused by technical failures or any unforeseeable factors.

9. Governing Law​

The interpretation and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Country/Region]. Any disputes arising from this Agreement should be submitted to the courts of [Region] for resolution.

  • The auto-renewal subscription service is a feature provided by Apple. You can view or cancel your subscription anytime on your iOS device via the Subscription Management page in Apple settings.
  • Subscription fees will be charged through your Apple account, and we do not collect any payments directly.
